    • Appointments are recommended, but walk-ins are welcome based on availability and are first come first serve.

How can I book an appointment?

    • Appointments can be booked online through Vagaro or by calling the salon.

What if I’m running late or need to cancel/reschedule my appointment?

    • We understand that life happens and schedules can change! If you are running late, need to reschedule, or need to cancel your appointment, we kindly ask that you give us as much notice as possible— preferably at least a few hours in advance. This allows us to adjust our schedule and accommodate for other clients!

Can I request a specific technician?

  • What payment methods do you accept?

    • We accept cash, credit cards, Venmo, and Cash App.

Is there a processing fee for electronic payments?

How can I tip my technician?

    • Tips may be left in cash, as well as to your technician’s personal Venmo with no fees! You may also leave credit card tips, however they are subject to the 3% processing fee.

  • Why might my total differ from the starting price?

    • Service prices may increase based on nail length, shape, design complexity, repairs, add-ons, and additional time required.

Do you charge extra for long nails?

    • Yes. Longer nails and specialty nail shapes may incur additional charges.

How much do nail designs cost?

    • Nail art pricing varies depending on the complexity, detail, and time required. Please message the salon’s Instagram (@lovelynailswarminster) with an inspiration photo to get a quote before your appointment!

  • How often should I get a refill?

    • Most clients schedule refills every 2-3 weeks, depending on nail growth and maintenance.

Can you work over another salon’s nails?

    • In most cases, yes. However, some sets may require removal before a new service can be performed.

    • Yes. Removal fees are listed on our service page!

  • What if a nail breaks/chips after my appointment?

    • Please contact us as soon as possible! Repairs may be complimentary within a limited timeframe if the issue is due to product failure rather than accidental damage.

    • We are always happy to address concerns and make reasonable corrections when appropriate. Due to the nature of our services, refunds are generally not provided.
